Hi, I’m Geoff. I am a retired teacher and I have been leading and organising trips and walks for longer than I care to remember! I have spent much of the ten years since I retired studying and exploring London and its surroundings. I have lived in the London area for nearly fifty years, and I now devise and lead walks on a weekly basis. I have recently become one of the founding members of the Lambeth Tour Guides Association.
I have a virtually boundless curiosity about anything in Greater London, but among my biggest interests are churches and other religious buildings, places of entertainment, lost buildings and rivers, the river Thames and its crossings, and famous and not so famous Londoners and where they lived.
I really love showing London to people of all ages and backgrounds, so if there is any aspect of this great city that you are keen to explore further then I should be delighted to be your guide!
