I love exploring areas, discovering how communities evolve and understanding the milestones of development that together with the influence of prominent people shape an area.
Having a strong interest in the applied arts, I particularly enjoy the decorative details in what we see together and its place within the evolution of design. I love the way that there are often links between the stops on my walks and some of the discoveries generate a lasting impression and a passion for an area.
Having enjoyed walking tours in London for many years I recently found time to become a qualified Lambeth guide myself.
